GEMÜ D40 | D41
Our high-performance diaphragm valves
The pneumatically actuated GEMÜ D40 and D41 diaphragm valves are designed for use in aseptic manufacturing processes. The sealing concept of the valves is based on the newly developed GEMÜ diaphragm, which also hermetically separates the actuator from the medium. GEMÜ D40 is mounted using four collar nuts, while the GEMÜ D41 valve type equipped with EasyLock technology is mounted completely without loose components using a central screw connection.

HIGH FLEXIBILITY
The GEMÜ D40 and D41 valves can be configured for specific applications, which increases flexibility and extends the range of applications. Thanks to the increase in efficiency, smaller valves can be used and systems and machines can be planned and designed more compactly.
SIMPLE MOUNTING
The defined screw connection of the actuators on block and the diaphragm design with bayonet pin enable quick and easy actuator and diaphragm assembly with fewer loose components.
HIGH FUNCTIONAL RELIABILITY
The ease of installation and functional reliability of the version GEMÜ D41 are further enhanced by the EasyLock technology. No more loose components - thanks to GEMÜ D41.
INCREASED PRODUCTIVITY
The perfectly matched components of the innovative sealing technology enable low-maintenance valve operation. Over the service life of the diaphragm, it is not necessary to restore the preload of the diaphragms by retightening.
OPTIMIZED DESIGN
The new and optimized seat geometry of the valves ensures a high flow rate and homogeneous flow characteristics.
